How to stop getting billed for a server:

After you create a server with us, you will be billed regardless if the server is on or off. With this being said, you will not be billed after the server is deleted entirely from our infrastructure.

To delete a server, please follow the below steps.

1. Click the server management tab.

2. Click the settings option within your specified server.

3. Click the delete option on the bottom right of the server window.

If you would like to save your data, please be aware that you can do by generating a back up and saving it locally with the data. Once you decide that you would like to host your server again, you can install the backup into the local file save within your server, if you would like to do this, please check out our how to backup a server wiki page.

How servers are billed:

Servers are billed via a credits system. This system takes your real-world currency, and converts it into credits, which can be used to host servers.

Credits come out on an accurate usage basis, and all of our servers are the most flexible within operation, where you can stop a server after backing it up, and boot your server up during weekends, or holidays, or whenever you require them.

You can see your credit amount on any page, and for a more in depth breakdown of how many servers you are running, as well as how many credit usage this requires, how many credits you have and how many servers you can run concurrently, please access the dashboard.

There is no one-time setup cost, and there is not continuation of costs once you delete the server. All servers turned off but not deleted will be billed from your active credits.

We do not hold data due to GDPR, so in order for continuation of activity once deleted, a backup is required to be concocted.
