How to summit a support ticket:
1. Click the Support Ticket section on the far left of your browser window.
2. Click the ‘New Ticket’ selection on the right hand side of your browser window.
3. Input a title, category and priority.
4. Input the message, and detail your request.
5. Sit back, relax and wait for our technicians to respond to you!
This may take 24 hours for any High priority, 48 hours for medium priority, or 72 hours for low priority for you to gain a response. We usually do not take this long, and most of the time questions can be answered via the wiki, or via email. If you do not wish to submit a support ticket, and wish to email a technician directly, please email admin@stellarplayinteractive.online.
We will endeavour to answer your ticket ASAP, however this may take a small amount of time.
